2016 Calendar Contest
It’s time to submit your best photos for the America World 2016 Calendar Contest! Please take time to carefully read the details below to be sure your
photos meet the requirements before submitting them to us. Any photos not meeting these requirements cannot be printed and will not be entered.
Calendars will be available for purchase through pre-order only this year so be sure to order your calendars before the Friday, November 20th deadline to be
sure you get them. We are asking for a $15 minimum donation for each calendar ordered.
Important Guidelines
- Limit of 8 photos per family
- Photos must be at least 2 MB in size; no larger than 6 MB
- A signed Media Consent Form must be included with submission with
handwritten signatures (printed, signed, scanned and emailed to
Media@awaa.org) - those who submitted Consent forms in 2015 do not
need to submit again
- Photos can include one or multiple children/family members
- Please ensure photos are high quality (e.g. - no out-of-focus)
- Photos must be received by Friday, October 30, 2015
How to Submit Your Photos
- Email to Media@awaa.org
- Include the following information in your email:
- Parent name(s)
- Names of all in photo (only first names will be used in calendar)
- Country of all adopted children in photo
- Signed Media Consent Form (if not submitted in 2015 contest)
- Photos can be submitted in multiple emails due to file size
Calendar winners will be announced in November
How to Order Your 2016 Calendars
- Go to our General Donation Page
- Select "2016 Calendar" from Designated Fund options
- Enter number of calendars in “Notes” section (asking $15 minimum donation per calendar)
- Fill out remainder of form and submit
2016 calendars will be shipped in mid-December so be sure to order extras for
Christmas gifts! All calendar “month” winners (total of 12) will receive (5)
calendars. The “cover” winner will receive (10) calendars.
